Shipping Methods and Costs
Domestic U.S. Orders
- Free shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S.
- Orders under $100: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days via FedEx or UPS Ground
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days
International Orders
- We ship worldwide to most countries
- Flat rate international shipping: $25 USD
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing (typically 7-21 business days)
- Some remote locations may incur additional shipping charges
Processing Time
Standard Items
- Commonly stocked items (standard tefillin configurations, mezuzah scrolls, ready-to-ship products)
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
Custom and Personalized Items
- Custom configurations and personalized products require additional preparation
- Processing time: 1-4 weeks depending on complexity
- You’ll receive email updates at every stage of production
Order Processing Schedule
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Thursday are typically processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on Friday will be processed the next business day
- No processing on weekends or major holidays
Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships
- Track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website
- If you don’t receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, please contact us

Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
- Packages are typically delivered Monday-Saturday (carrier dependent)
- Signature may be required for orders over $200
- If you’re not available, packages will be left in a secure location or held for pickup per carrier policy
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only
- APO/FPO addresses are supported with additional processing time (2-3 extra business days)
International Shipping Details
Customs and Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees
- These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority
- Customer responsibility: All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
- Fees are typically collected at the time of delivery or during customs clearance

- We currently cannot ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions

Customs Documentation

Size and Weight Limits
- Standard shipping applies to packages up to 50 lbs and reasonable dimensions

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Lost Packages
- If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, wait 24-48 hours and check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us immediately if your package is confirmed lost
- We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement
Damaged Packages
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly
Delayed Shipments
- While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing
- We’ll notify you of any significant delays we’re aware of
- For urgent orders, consider expedited shipping options
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
- During peak seasons (holidays, religious observances), processing and shipping times may be extended
- Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website
- We recommend placing orders early during busy periods
- Expedited shipping options may have modified schedules during holidays
Shipping Insurance and Liability
- All packages are automatically insured up to $100
- Additional insurance is available for high-value orders
- ScribeTribe is not liable for packages once they’re in the carrier’s possession, except in cases of merchant error
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 30 days of the ship date
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Address changes: Must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
- Order cancellations: May be possible within 24 hours if processing hasn’t begun
- Shipping method changes: Contact us immediately; changes may not be possible once the order is processed
